Weston Forest acquires King Wood Products

Weston Forest has acquired Kings Wood Products of Paris, ON. The acquisition expands Weston’s manufacturing base in Canada while adding to the mix of products it offers its industrial customers. King was a Weston customer for decades and this is a natural progression for both companies, says Steve Rhone, president and CEO of Weston Forest. This acquisition represents Weston’s sixth in the last decade and its second since the company was purchased by the Watermill Group in 2021.
