wienerberger acquires European roofing company Terreal

wienerberger, a global manufacturer of ecological solutions for the building envelope in new build and renovation, has acquired Terreal's business in France, Italy, Spain, and the US as well as Creaton in Germany. wienerberger will acquire 29 production sites from Terreal, a provider of products for roof repair and renovation. The action strengthens wienerberger's position as a provider of innovative, all-in roofing and solar solutions as well as solutions for the entire building envelope in Europe and North America.
