Wolseley Canada opens Brampton Market DC

Wolseley Canada has opened its Market Distribution Centre, a 180,000-square-foot facility in Brampton, ON. This facility will include a branch, showroom, and a distribution centre with automation that will support Wolseley branches in the Greater Toronto, ON, Area (GTA) and surrounding markets. It will stock 10,000 products allowing customers to get their orders faster, adding the potential for same-day delivery.

Wolseley is holding a grand opening ceremony on May 29 that will include a pipe-cutting ceremony, special guest, Maple Leaf legend Doug Gilmour, a plumbing skills competition, prizes, vendor exhibits, food, refreshments, and more.

At the event, Wolseley will also announce the Wolseley Canada Skills Trade Bursary in partnership with Sheridan College. Officials from Sheridan will be in attendance to receive the cheque during the grand opening ceremony.
