Work starts On Val-Morin Location

MATÉRIAUX PONT-MASSON, a Canadian hardware and renovation retailer that joined Groupe BMR’s network in July 2022, has started construction on a new branch in Val-Morin, QC. This location will be built on a lot of a little more than 1.7 million square feet, 391,000 of which will be part of phase one of development. Its ninth site will include a 13,000 square foot store as well as a warehouse and cantilever racks, to be built in addition to the two existing warehouses. The store will be offering full departments in painting, lighting, hardware, flooring, electricity, and tools as well as specialized departments in building materials, door and windows, and plumbing, to name a few. Also available is a delivery service as well as more specialized services such as complete engineering and quotation services and a dedicated sales counter for commercial and contractor sales.
