Daron Webb is territory manager for Ontario with Bona US. Previously, he worked at Bell Canada.

Mark Ehrlick is vice-president of sales and marketing at Burlington Merchandising & Fixtures (BMF). Previously, he was director of operations at Lowe’s Canada and director of dealer development at Canadian Tire.

André Laurin is business development manager for Ontario with Castle Building Centres Group Ltd. He will be responsible for the support and development of Castle members in northern/eastern Ontario, as well as business development for the region. He has more than 14 years of lumber and building materials experience.

Leigh Dobbs is chief human resources officer at GMS Inc., a North American specialty building products distributor. She has worked in human resources for over 20 years, most recently as executive vice-president and chief human resources officer for Zenith American Solutions, Inc.

Cosimo Coffa is general manager, trade sales and marketing, responsible for American Standard, DXV, and GROHE brands with LIXIL Canada Inc. Since 2018, he has led trade/project sales for Canada.

Brad Budde is vice-president and chief digital officer at PPG. He joins the company from Emerson, where he was vice-president, digital customer experience.

Robert Raff is acting executive vice-president and president, tools, at Stanley Black & Decker, effective July 22. Previously, he was head of Stanley outdoor integration and has been with the company for 20 years.

Rob Nicol is vice-president, communications and corporate affairs, at Walmart Canada. He joined in 2017 with expertise and senior corporate affairs experience spanning sectors and government including a leading consulting firm, 407 ETR, and Canadian Tire Corporation. He has also served as director of communications to a premier of Ontario as well as a prime minister of Canada.

Don Freeman is president of the North American professional business unit at WernerCo. He has spent the last four years as senior vice-president of sales.

Candace Woods is vice-president, marketing and digital, at Wolseley Canada, effective September 7. She has more than 20 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods and retail marketing, most recently at Metro where she was head of marketing for both conventional and discount format banners in Ontario.

Jillian Montmarquet is chief people officer at Aubuchon Company. She has more than 15 years of organizational growth experience within the company.

Tim Moore is adhesive specialist for Washington, OR, and western Canada with Bona US. He has over 30 years of experience in the wood flooring and construction industry.

Andy Mallon is chief financial officer at Classic Fire + Life Safety. He has 20 years of financial management experience in several industries including retail, wholesale distribution, and financial consultancy.

Tracy Moorehouse is private brands manager at Home Hardware Stores Limited. She will manage Home’s private brand portfolio including redesign and packaging and play a lead role in executing Home’s long-term private brand strategy.

Mark Fonti is regional sales manager – southwest Ontario, for Liteline Corporation. He has nearly 20 years of experience bridging across all aspects of the electrical business.

Bryan R. Gillette is vice-president of internal audit and chief audit executive for RPM. Previously, he worked at the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, where he held roles as assistant controller, North America; director of corporate accounting and reporting; and director of internal audit.

Andres Caballero is president of building solutions – North America division, and a member of the executive committee at Uponor Corporation. Previously, he worked at Honeywell International Inc.

AnnMarie Mercer is chief people officer at Walmart Canada. Mercer joined the retailer in 2015 after holding senior leadership roles in both human resources and communications leading corporate and global initiatives.

Chris Allinotte is director of marketing and communications at the Western Retail Lumber Association (WRLA). He has over 15 years of marketing experience in industries including healthcare, automotive, and education.

Birte von Schwarzenfeld is senior vice-president, commercial solutions at Beacon. Previously, she worked at Hilti Group as senior vice-president, head of corporate strategy and development.

Rob Wilbrink, current president and CEO at Burlington Merchandising & Fixtures (BMF), has retired as president, but retains the CEO position.

Lillian Diaz is business development manager, Ontario, at Castle Building Centres. She joins the company with decades of experience in the lumber and building materials segment and will play a key role in supporting Castle members with development and growth while nurturing business development opportunities in her region.

Trish Meyers is associate vice-president, agriculture and home, at Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL). In this role, she will provide ongoing strategic leadership for both the agricultural solutions and home and building solutions departments. She has been with the company since 2015.

Marlon Thompson is vice-president (leader), marketing Canada, at LIXIL Canada Inc. He joined the company in 2019.

Mike Tzimas is president of Napoleon. He was most recently chief financial officer and joined the company in 2020 as vice-president of finance. He is the architect of the five-year-strategic plan for the company and has helped oversee a period of strong growth and expansion.

Mark Hickman is managing director for Sage Canada, a financial, HR, and ERP software company. He has worked in a leadership capacity at APOLLO, Calligo, Tyler Technologies, and WinMagic.

Sara Hyzer is vice-president, finance, treasurer, and chief financial officer at WD-40. She has spent over 20 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, serving the last six years as an audit partner for both publicly traded and privately held companies in various industries.

Kevin Blossom is president of the North American retail business unit at WernerCo. He has spent the last 25 years in in senior roles.
